Renegades have became the third team confirmed at IEM Sydney, ESL has announced.
After two weeks of silence regarding IEM Sydney invites, ESL has now announced Renegades as the third team confirmed for the Australian event, joining FaZe and SK.
At last year's event, Justin "jks" Savage & co. were unable to advance to the playoffs, most notably losing to local side Chiefs in the round robin.
IEM Sydney will return to the Qudos Bank Arena on May 1-6, with double the amount of teams compared to last year, as ESL increased the participants to 16. The prizepool has also been bumped by $50,000 to a total of $250,000.
